Please join the Consortium of Universities of the Washington Metropolitan Area, The George Washington University, and the League of Women Voters of DC for a nonpartisan Candidates Forum for the DC Mayor's race on Thursday, April 30, 2026 from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm at GW's Lisner Auditorium located at 730 21st Street, NW in Washington, DC. The event will be moderated by Frank Sesno, an Emmy-award winning journalist, former CNN contributor and Washington Bureau Chief, and former Director of the School of Media and Public Affairs at The George Washington University. Attendees will hear from candidates on issues that are of great importance to our community including housing, education, workforce development, economy, healthcare, DC's autonomy, and more.
